The position is part of the Testing Department based in Beijing. You will be responsible for functional validation and benchmarking of StreamWIDE Products. You will adhere to and further improve our test procedures, develop and execute test plans and test cases, and compose test reports.
Mission
- Test process development
- Test documents written in English based on provided specifications
- Install and configure test platforms
- Benchmarking
- Develop and acquire neccessary test tools (C, Shell, PHP, Python, etc.)
- Bug reporting
Required Skills
- Proven knowledge of Linux platform (Apache, PHP, MySQL, RPM)
- Good knowledge of software development
- Very good written English
- Having autonomy and rigorous behaviour
- Minimum of one year of work experience in software testing
Required Technical Background
- Linux Red Hat
- N-tier architectures and databases (MySQL or Oracle)
- Source management tools : CVS or SVN
- Bug reporting tools : Bugzilla, Mantis, Trac
- Protocols: HTTP, JSON, XML-RPC, SOAP, SIP, etc.
